The operating problem
Policies live in documents. Requests move through inboxes. Managers wait for answers. Employees repeat information. Important decisions depend on context spread across systems.
The Workforce Intelligence direction asks how AI can reduce that fragmentation while keeping sensitive data protected and consequential decisions with authorized people.

Help employees navigate policies, benefits, processes and requests through access-aware knowledge retrieval.
02 / WORKFLOW
Coordinate onboarding, documents, approvals, reminders and service tasks with clear status and ownership.
03 / DECISIONS

Product direction
The intended system connects to existing sources and workflows instead of forcing every HR process into one replacement platform.

Responsible by architecture
Workforce AI should be designed around legitimate purpose, minimum necessary access, understandable evidence and meaningful human control.
Answers and actions should respect the user’s role and the source system’s permissions.
High-impact employment decisions remain with appropriately authorized people.
Important outputs should connect to source information, versions and review history.
Quality, fairness, security and operating behavior require ongoing review.
